Agent request for full MS

What is the etiquette with other agents you have submitted to? Some agencies specifically ask you to let them know if you get a request for a full ms, others are silent.

Would you let them all know or only those who have asked to be informed?

I think most agents wouldn't mind a nudge. At the end of the day they are out to find the next bestseller so they all have fomo! If it's not for them they'll say, but if they've just not got round to reading it yet they'll probably be pleased to be given the chance! (Especially if you can say why you'd really like to work with them without sucking up 😉)
