Hi all,
I am looking for mentoring / editorial feedback at the half way stage of my book (narrative non fiction) and have contacted all of the above and had various quotes. I was also recommended a writer who mentors and have been in touch with him too.
The prices all vary of course but not much and for me it is more about getting the best service. Does anyone have experience of these companies for editorial feedback? Or used a writer for one to one feedback? They all seem to do similar things but differ slightly in the way they approach contacting agents etc if your work is of a publishable standard.
Thank you!

You could also look for an editor who does developmental editing and doesn't work for an agency.
