Book cover designers?

Does anyone here have experience with self-publishing and if so, can you recommend any cover designers? I was planning to use a pre-made cover but can't find one that's suitable and not sure my own design skills are up to the job! Thanks.

What genre?

It's contemporary fiction. I wouldn't describe it as a crime novel but there is a murder in it. Some of the premade crime ones are a bit too dark and foreboding for the story which is one of the issues I've had finding one I like.

I've used Louis at indigoforest.weebly.com, for designed covers ($225), but he does one-off premade covers, too ($55).

He also does a fair bit of self-publishing, as well as published well-known authors who have now decided to start self-publishing.
