So I used to write a lot when I was younger, mainly when I was at school, then it tailed off and I've recently gotten back into it. Still have all m my old notebooks and so on because I'm a hoarder and I thought I might look back and see if anything is worth bringing back. Without even having to look I suddenly remembered two hideous things.
A HP fanfic where Snape has gotten fat and 17 year old Draco is clearly the one to help him see the beauty within. Wrong on so many levels. I keep remembering random bits and my face starts burning even tho no one else has ever read it.
And a story that never got past the planning stage but had full character stories, about a young RC priest who teaches at a catholic school and begins an affair with one of his young female pupils except somehow he was the good guy because he was in love, doncha know
The HP one I can sort of forgive mysel for, it was before Book 6, we were al desperate for stuff to keep us going whilst we waited, also I only wrote three pages before realising it sucked.
What the hell was i thinking for the other one? Where did that even come from? I don't even know anything about Catholic priests. Why did I think it was anything other than creepy? Kind of want to find the notebook and see if 16 year old me managed to justify it at all.
Anyone else got any train wrecks they thankfully never finished?
Sorry for typos, my iPhone doesn't like typing anything more than three words. This took ages!
