...then I came upon this small publishing firm requesting YA titles - they are accepting unsolicited manuscripts I think. Linky below.

"September 2014 – we are looking to acquire tantalizing new YA titles debut authors come forth!"

Oooh, thanks for sharing, Busty - definitely reason enough to kick me into re-writing my several-times-started YA book. Finishing the first 3 chapters and writing a synopsis should be quite doable.

How long is your novel, JohnFarley? I've written one that is short - 35,000 words and was told by another agent that it needed to be at least 50,000 and preferably 70,000. Sad
