This FREE course started on monday, but I think you can still join in.
It is an 8 week course which you do online at home. They state it can take up to 3 hours a week but you can do/join in as much as you want to.
I am enjoying it so far and the discussions seem pretty good too.

I'm doing that one too, alongside the journalism one that's been going a few weeks. Hope I don't confuse the two!

I have "registered interest" as I think they said on the website, but there is no indication as to when it is going to be done again - and I would really really like to join it!
So... just waiting for now.

FiveLittlePeas · 09/01/2015 19:39

By the way: thanks to SugarMeFingers who mentioned that course!

FiveLittlePeas · 09/02/2015 12:47

BowieBaby14 · 03/04/2015 20:22

Just signed up! Thank you for sharing. This is just the motivation I need to focus on my writing again.

optimisticwriter · 07/04/2015 10:23

I've signed up too - see you all (and many hundreds of others) on 27th April Grin

I mostly write non-fiction - I'm in the middle of a book related to my work - but I thought that doing the futurelearn course would help me focus on writing and stimulate my creativity.

I've also joined a local writing workshop, so I get to meet real people as well.

smellylittleorange · 08/04/2015 15:01

Just signed up for April - also signed up for free "getting published " type event at local Uni. Feeling a bit apprehensive!

Aked · 13/09/2015 14:21

This course starts again on 12th October, just in case anyone is interested. Any thoughts on the course from those who have done it before?
