Hi. Can anyone point in the direction of a clinic that does triple assessment in the Republic at all?
At this point I am willing to travel, but west would be ideal.

If anyone has had experience with them, information would be most welcome too.
Thanks

There's a breast clinic in St Vincent's Private, I've been a couple of times and found it great, on two other occasions I got an appointment in the public Vincent's earlier than the private. Equally good treatment. I think it's the same in the Mater, a public and a private clinic.
Is there one in The Galway Clinic?

Best of luck, if it's any help, on all occasions I had nothing to worry about. It's a really stressful time though, look after yourself.

Thank you @asparagusffern.
Was told today when chasing my urgent public referral that it could be another month before I get a letter. I’m going out of my mind with the worry right now.

I totally understand @StumbleineThe first time I was at the clinic, I had a biopsy. I remember clearly the consultant told me not to worry until he told me there was something to worry about. So often these things are benign. I had lumpy breasts, hence all the clinic visits. I also had a lump which was glandular tissue, there are so many reasons you might be referred that are not a problem.

Do you have VHI or other health insurance? If so I'd ring them and ask what are your options. If not and you could pay for a private consultation I'd ring Vincent's and the Mater and ask if they could see you. A month is a very long time to be left waiting.
