Has anyone installed RTÉ Player on an Amazon Fire Stick?

Has anyone managed to install RTE player on their Amazon Fire stick?

Just that really.
I can't see it in the list of apps to install but I did find TG4 😃

I can’t help I’m afraid, but would also like to know how to do this! I’ve tried but no luck unfortunately.

If this is the UK, then I was able to download the RTE player to my stick but it wouldn't actually work - I presume a VPN would be needed. I was able to download TG4 but quite a bit of it was geoblocked. I was able to use a downloadable VPN (Windscribe) to unblock the German version of iPlayer, but you're limited to 10GB per month, which is not a huge amount, and I don't think they have an Irish presence :-(

I watch whatever RTE put on Youtube ;-/

just watch it on your laptop with vpn? 💚💛

And if you have Chromecast - it will "cast" to your (smart) telly

Do you have to pay for your VPN? I'm not very techy:(

you can definitely easily cast it to TV

I paid for Nord VPN, but I am with Vodafone and there’s free VPN now with my devices
