Trying to contact Virgin Media ☹️

Anyone else having a problem trying to contact them.
I have rung a few times and then was cut off without ever speaking to a human.
Customer service was better in the past 🥲
What do I do ?

Meant to add this thread is in Craicnet so UK experience with Virgin won’t apply.

When you ring see if you get an option to “press ( ) if you want to cancel your contract” - someone usually picks up then!

utterly hopeless.
I am still receiving bills for a contract I cancelled in january. No amount of calls / letters / emails seem to work

I wouldn’t touch Eir after they got a battering for their abysmal customer service a while back on Liveline.
No option to cancel the contract @NooNakedJacuzzinessbut I did get an option re billing and to talk to someone however the line then cut off when I chose it - 3 flipping times.
Why isn’t some official body calling these companies to account ?

Sympathies OP - I dread something going wrong with ours as I know it means hours trying to get hold of someone.

Hoping they will phone me if i leave the bill unpaid just so I can speak with a human.
