Coming home to Belfast- what NI food should I eat

Taking my DD to Belfast next week for a few days - I’m originally from NI but living abroad now and haven’t been back in over a year.
What are the classic Northern Irish dishes I should make sure to have while I’m there?
I’m thinking Ulster fry, soda bread, afternoon teas and roast dinners!… what else am I forgetting?
Thanks in advance!

Was coming on to say Maud's ice cream! The best

All the breads already mentioned.

A decent chippy tea (they aren't the same in England imo)

Gravy rings - far superior to donuts imo
