The (Com)motion in the Dáil is a disgrace, time taken up on this and so many very important matters impacting the Irish people.
Truly as O’Casey wrote over a hundred years ago “Th’ whole worl’s in a terrible state o chassis.”
Wars, climate change, the housing crisis, our health system etc

Michael Lowry’s two fingers gesture and smirk said it all about the man.
When someone shows you who they are, believe them.

Any Wexford voters on Craicnet ?
If so how do you feel about Verona Murphy accepting the Ceann Comhairle role and not representing, in the Dáil, the people who voted for her ?
If it were my TD I would be disappointed.
I know we need a Ceann Comhairle but taking a TD from constituency representation is wrong imho.
Could the Dáil be reformed to put a non TD in the position ?

The opposition are absolutely right to hold out on this. The speaking rights are not for the Government to divvy up. FF/FG have let this run on way too long, indecently long.

I wonder what dirt Lowry has on MM etc to be able to cause so much bloody chaos already! Nobody else would have got away with it and his smirk says it all. Meanwhile, yes there are so many important issues and really nothing is being done. It's a disgrace 😠
