Wondering does anyone know how to report a bus driver for verbal abuse? Caught a bus on Satuday evening and was shocked at the antics of the driver, it was Bus Eireann not Dublin Bus

I would assume they have a complaint facility online or over the phone. Just be clear on time you were on bus route etc because you will likely have to make a statement

There’s a complaint section on Bus Eireann’s website. I used it before about the way a driver spoke to my dd16.

@Manchesterbythesea was there ever any follow up on it? I rang Bus Eireann on Monday it was a call centre and they were very apologetic and said it would be passed on and dealt with but haven't heard anything since
