Can anyone recommend must see/do places I can cover in 10 hours give or take.

I'm keen to do a bit more culture than simply tourist traps.

Also, recommendations for irish breakfast and ideally the best place for dinner.

Thanking you kindly.

If you only have 10 hours then I'd choose the Grafton St area.

Culture
National Gallery, Merrion Square, could spend anywhere from a couple of hours to a whole day
National Museum Kildare St, full of incredible artefacts
National Library Kildare St
Museum of Literature St Stephen's Green
Book of Kells, Trinity College

Breakfast
I'd go to Bewley’s for the history and atmosphere

Dinner
Need more information for this one! What kind of food and what's your budget?
There are some fantastic restaurants, every cuisine you can think of

Dinner. Typical Irish fare please. I adore coddle, and in going in January so it may be pretty cold.

There are many fantastic restaurants in Dublin, but I’ve yet to come across one with coddle on the menu. Typical Irish restaurant fare is amazing quality beef, lamb, duck, fish. Totally depends on your budget

Gallagher's Boxty House does coddle.
It's in Temple Bar, so peak touristy area.
I was there last year, and the food was really good.
