His does anyone know if a doctors letter, addressed to my son would acceptable for proof of his address and dated March 2023?
Would they accept with a colour photo of his provisional driving licence?
thanks

The drivers licence would be ID more than proof of address I think. Its usually more like utility bills they need, could you get a notary to do up a letter for you? If they did accept a GPS letter I doubt they ll take one from 18 months ago.

Thanks. He’s only 16 so doesn’t have any official letters.
Would rather not have to pay to get a letter done. Might see if the school will do one for me.
thanks

Email whatever organisation it is that needs the proof and ask them what will they accept. School letter might be fine but also the school have no way of knowing where he actually lives, they are only going off info you put on the registration form, so depends how strict the organisation is

Depends where you want the proof of address for but a lot of places will accept a letter from revenue. Register on revenue.it and they will send out a letter with a pin and that letter has been accepted in several places for my husband when he first moved here.

Has he got a bank/credit union account? That might be acceptable.

Not sure for you but there is a very good fbr facebook page where people pool advice- it's been a lifesaver for us.
