Bord gais theater service charge fee

Hi. I'm looking at buying tickets online for a show in the bord gais theater in Dublin. Tickets are €55 each so adds up to €165 as I need 3 tickets.
Just priced them and they are coming in at €190. Then you add on
€6.90 service charge times 3
€1.90 facility charge times 3.

Does anyone know if I go into the theater and pay with cash will I still get charged the service fee?
I don't mind the facility charge but the service charge is near €21.

The bord gais energy rewards is a joke. I went on today within 2 minutes of receiving the email about VIP tickets for Mary Poppins and all gone. False advertising that this is a reward 🙄

No the BG rewards are amazing !!! You just need to be super fast .
So the emails with VIP come out on Wednesday afternoons and if you're waiting for a show be ready .
I got Mary Poppins twice and was able to offer the VIP to lots of friends too !
