Hi all! I've just moved to the maiden city for work and I know noone but my toddler! Any advice on good places to meet other people/ families (must be able to bring a toddler in tow)? And any fun places I can bring ds who is 2 that he would enjoy?

We like walking as well so any tips on toddler friendly safe places to go for walks would be amazing!

Thank you!

Hi there, I live near Derry. St columns park is a lovely smallish walk with a kids play park in it and the Foyle Arena has a great (council) swimming pool! In terms of meeting people, I'm not sure what to suggest other than the usual parent and toddler classes. One thing we found since moving from Belfast is that through our daughters joining the local Gaelic football club, we have met loads of families and there's a real community feel to it all. I know there's mini rugby, football and tennis classes on around the city which they might enjoy and you may meet people that way.
