Happened across this story earlier, it was buried deep in the days news headlines.

Sad day when our oldest and most vulnerable are neglected and it's not even a top headline let alone labelled a scandal. We will all be old someday. Here

That home is a disgrace. Not giving food after 4pm until the next day is shocking. It's local to where I'm from.

Agree totally. And probably paying 000s per week for the pleasure of being treated like that. If it was a story about animals being treated like that there would be an outcry. How are elderly people of such little consequence.

Would you contact Joe Duffy / Liveline as they might publicise it and bring it to a wider audience.
Joe gets very cross if the elderly are being mistreated and rightly so.

@Ohohohohohohohohohohohohohohoh thanks for that. It makes very uncomfortable reading. When an institution is exposed like that following inspection it makes you wonder how many others get away with it.
