Did anyone watch ?
It's about Mother and Baby Homes, Magdalene Laundries and Industrial Schools.
I'm half way through - it's about 2 hours long.

My goodness it's grim.
Utterly Heartbreaking.

When was this on? I might see if I can find it later.

It will be on the RTE Player I'm sure.

It was on RTE on Monday night. I think it may have been a repeat because I've seen some of the women interviewed in the past.
It was grim viewing though I think the poetry took from the programmed.

For such a young country in self governing terms there has been a litany of suffering for so many.

It feels like no family came out of it all unscathed in one way or the other

I thought the poetry took from the programme too.
It wasn't needed.
