Flexible Working

Has anyone requested flexible working following the introduction of the right in March 2024 and been approved?

I am not sure if the rules are different where you are, but I am in England and have received about 12 requests in the last few months. 9 declined 3 approved.

It was my understanding that this is not a new right. They just made it so anyone can make a request with no minimum service time.

I've done 3 flexible working requests in the last 4 years due to childcare changes and all were approved. But it is a small company with very understanding management.
