Recycling machine - dented cans! Will the machine take them?

Cans with the sides pushed in? Not completely mangled just a bit deformed! My dc are gone on a mad buzz collecting all they see "saving" for Christmas!

It can be hit and miss! I’ve had a few accepted as long as the bar code is readable but others have been spat out. I’ve found some of the machines are better than others - the one in the Lidl close to me seems to accept everything but the M&S one is a lot fussier.

I herad that about the machines! Dunnes ones are supposed to be very fussy too!
