Teen Activity Recommendations Between Galway & Derry

Road trip holiday this summer. Will be travelling from Salthill to Burntollet Valley, Derry.
I’ve found Oakfire Adventures which my son would love, but even booking the latest slot at 2pm puts pressure on us for the drive from Salthill (which is around 4.5 hrs).
Just wondering if anyone can recommend any similar type places- ziplines / outdoor activities - which are on route and could break up the drive?

Ox mountain glamping has a bus to stay in soooo fun
Ceide glamping in northmayo
Stand up paddleboarding lough conn in north mayo and at killala pier. I know a few other suggections thrown in there
