Thinking of joining the local gym, have never been to the gym before!
Will there usually be a pt that will show you the ropes and how to use the machines?(I will ask at the gym)
Don't want to be walking in there like a plumb 😅
What would your routine be at the gym, im not over weight, im starting more for my mental health, and high cholesterol recently diagnosed
Any tips will be great!
