Employment Support-like ACAS

Does anyone know if there's an equivalent to ACAS or similar, for the ROI? Just trying to help someone I know but cannot find anything online.

The closest is probably the WRC, Workplace Relations Commission. They are the body that hold tribunals on employment disputes, unfair dismissals etc but will advise employees on general employment rights too. I'm assuming the individual isn't in a union?
