Recommendation for a 60th birthday celebration

Hi Everyone,

It is my mum's 60th birthday in July and I would love to arrange a lovely spa day or experience for her, my sister and I. Maybe with a meal too. We are based in Coleraine but happy to travel for a day out.

Any recommendations?

One consideration is my mum does have some mobility issues. She can walk and move around but alot of stairs etc is challenging.

I too will be 60 in July so will be watching this with interest to get some ideas.

I have been looking at the spa at the rabbit hotel in templepatrick. It looks quite nice and is part of the galgorm group! But hoping some more actual recommendations.

Farnham Estate in Cavan is gorgeous. Not sure if that's too far for you but they have a lovely thermal suite you can use as a resident and then all the treatments available too.

I don’t know how far you’d be willing to go but Inchydoney in Cork is an incredible spa. Maybe make a weekend of it? Cork city is a great spot.
