We're putting the house on the market in March (all going well!) and have put our names down for a house in a brand new development.

Any tips and recommendations on selling fast and getting the money we want?

The market is hot. We are selling a house in West Dublin. Have sold it to South Dublin County council as it was let to them. No agent fees.no stopping of rent . No doing up the place to sell and got a very good price.in our negotiations we liased with a fair few agents who told us about 6 weeks to sell but maybe faster on open market . Demand outstrips supply . Ring around a few estate agents.
