Hi, I’m down in west cork and ordered some shelving products and stuff from the Dublin IKEA that I wouldn’t be able to fit in my car, so paid €60 to them for delivery. According to the website, everything I ordered was in stock and delivery was arranged for 4 days later.
They’ve failed to deliver it and gave me a second delivery date which was yesterday and again, nothings arrived despite being sent a text saying delivery due 2-6pm. I’ve rung to complain and now they’ve given me a week on Sunday for my third delivery slot! 🤦🏻♀️
They’ve offered me an e-voucher in compensation but I’m not planning to buy anything else from them so that’s pretty useless to me.
Has anyone else ordered from Ikea online and had problems with the delivery or am I just unlucky?
