Best mobile plan & provider?

I'm having a bit of a shit time with my mobile. My phone was spoofed, I've been told to change my number, my handset needs upgrading so thought I'd do both together .

I'm with Three, I'm on the 30 euro contract bill pay all you can eat data. They keep trying to get me to go on to a higher plan with cheaper phone and aren't really answering my questions.

Looking through their site, I see the pre pay phones for 20 euro top up each month, are these any good? It's the same all you can eat data.

If I upgrade to another bill paid, three want to charge 15 euro to change my number, but I'm assuming that pre pay phones come with a sim? So I could use that number?

I'm out of contract.

Or can you recommend another phone provider?

I just use Vodafone PAYG but it depends on your needs I suppose. I don't use much data.

How much is Vodafone a month on that plan?

I just top up as needed usually €20 and get unlimited Vodafone to Vodafone calls and texts and 250MB of data for 4 weeks. There are other options you can get. Check their website.

That's brilliant, thanks for that.

Dh and I are with gomo sim only. We signed up when they first started and got it for €10 for life, I think it is 15 now. The kids are with 48 sim only as well and that is €13. Never had any issues with either if them.

gomo here. €12.99 when I got it. When my phone broke was a bit of a pain not having the option to upgrade but not enough of a pain to ever make me want to pay stupid contract prices.

Do a coverage check first.

A contract with a new network will come with a new number.

Check your bill or app to see how much data you actually use each month.

I'm with Tesco Mobile €25 SIM 30day Unlim plan, I think it's an old plan

Gomo here, never have any issues with it. Unlimited calls and data for €10 a month, I think it's €15 if you sign up now. €30 a month is a rip off these days.
