Just that.
If you have what do you think ?
Were you happy with the purchase and service, delivery and delivery charges ?
Thanks in advance.

I ordered two things from them recently. I ordered a set of glass dessert bowls. When I picked up the box to open it, I could hear the tinkling of glass - not a good sign! When I opened the box, I discovered that the bowls weren't wrapped in bubble wrap or even tissue paper. There was just a thin piece of cardboard 'separating' the bowls. They'd obviously hit off each other in transit and two of the bowls were cracked/chipped. I raised it with the company and they offered to send out a replacement set. The second box was very slow to arrive and I had to send a follow-up e-mail. When the second box arrived, three of the bowls were smashed. I've enough to make up a full set, but I'd be wary of ordering anything glass in future. The bowls are lovely and they're a decent size - just crazy that nobody took a few minutes to wrap them up, especially when they were posting them.

I also ordered a set of side plates. They were securely packaged and arrived safely.

I can't remember what I paid for delivery. The delivery was a little slower than the advertised date but just by a few days. I wouldn't order anything if I needed it urgently.

Their kitchen items are lovely. It's a pity they don't have an actual shop. Actually, that might be a good thing Grin.

I have had good and bad from Wayfair. It's mostly dropshipped though so you never really know.

Thank you @Taytocrisps and @percypercypercy.

As Wayfair has a .ie did that mean you weren't paying import taxes / customs duty etc ?

i've been hit with import/customs charges on goods bought from the UK which made the items way more expensive Sad so I am wary.

I wasn't charged import taxes or customs duty but I can't say with 100% certainty that you won't be. Maybe I was just lucky. There was a charge for tax but it didn't specify it that was Irish VAT or UK VAT.

really good and prompt service.

I've ordered lamps, rugs and light fittings ( house renovation). They were prompt, and you could check online when it would be dispatched and track it. One item was going to be 3 weeks delivery ( which I didn't know when ordering) so I contacted a representative online, live through a chat option, to cancel order, which did immediately and refunded the cost. So overall I have been pleased with the service. I also didn't have to pay excise duties.
