Brennans sliced pan, avonmore butter. You'd swear I hadn't eaten my weight in roasted golden wonders and plum pudding 4 hours ago.

I think you mean the hang sangwidges?
haven’t had one yet today but have had roast potatoes x 2 with bread sauce and ferrero rocher x 2…🥴

ME!

I'm shattered today, breakfast was the last slice of banoffee pie, been picking at biscuits etc. Had toasted white bread with butter - delicious though I normally have wholemeal bread. Today's a day for picking at stuff.

Meh...we had beef. Ham would have been more useful after.

Maybe duck and pork next year. Cumberland sausages were a hit for breakfast

Still eking out the hang sangiches here.... I'll have to shred the last of the turkey for the freezer.
Saying that- it has been lovely to have toasted ham and turkey sandwiches on Stephens Day, and turkey & ham pie w stuffing one evening.
I'm not fed up with it yet, as this evening will be our first guest free dinner!

I used the last of the turkey to make turkey and leek pie mix and put it in foil trays then in the freezer to have in a few weeks time.

Great idea @honeyrider - how did you make that? Did you make a sauce with the leek + turkey and then freeze or what?

Porkpie for lunch, with an avocado and tomatoes. Fairly healthy

ShakeYourFeathers · 30/12/2022 16:21

Last of the ham will be used for tea tonight ... Ham, egg and chips

Turkey- has been made into broth or frozen so that Turkey curry can be made at a later date
