Hi couple of mature students early 40's both with 4 kids plus and also with own learning/illness.
We both have recieved offers for university.
Person one.
Social work offers for both unis. Loved ulster on the open night. People advising the degree for queens is worth more. Anyone have any experience of this degree one versus the other and the support on offer from either.

Person 2.
Adult nursing with a dream for Midwifery. Dyslexia with small children. Thinks queens might lead to easier access to Midwifery. Opinions are mixed on both for nursing.

Any input be appreciated.

For either of those courses either Uni will be fine, NI is crying out for both nurses, SW and midwives (midwifery after nursing might be a bit more of a challenge but that won’t be influenced by whether you go to Queens or UU) I’d go for which is most central/easiest to access from where you want to live/want to send your children to school.

good luck!
