Must have been such a nightmare with all the delays caused the planning application and then Covid. I can't really visualize the finished house, so curious to see how it turns out.

Old episodes of this were on in England a while ago and I loved it. So much better than our versions.
Off to see if I can view it here now...

The house is fab. although the windows look a bit odd without window ledges. I don't like the dark presses in the kitchen - I'd have gone for a lighter colour. Nice that the mother has her own room. And great that the boy got his sensory room. I wonder what the neighbours think - is the house a bit of an eyesore compared to the others on the street? Really scary how quickly the construction costs/materials rose - and by how much! It would really put me off embarking on a project like that. Which is just as well considering I couldn't afford it anyway .

Watching the repeat now. Lisa is so stylish. Love all her outfits.

We have to get our kitchen done and the costs on this are scaring me.

I'm so glad the house worked out for them. Strange they didn't get as much as they hoped for the old house as during the pandemic house prices went wild in Dublin.
