Galway people, looking for a restaurant recommendation

Hi, following Michael's announcement this evening we are thinking of going to a restaurant in Galway City next weekend. We have lived in Ireland for nearly 2 years and I have never been out to dinner, so this is big! We live rurally so would spend the night in town. Any recommendations? It would be me, DH and 12yo DS (well behaved and very used to going out to restaurants, well pre-pandemic anyway!). So a special occasion place maybe but not one so fancy they would frown at DS.

Thanks for the suggestions. Still in isolation here in rural Galway, and feeling quite unwell with Covid, and looking forward to getting to the city when better! Cheering myself up looking at all the webpages of those restaurants!
