Is Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ballycotton?

Apologies for the ignorance!

Looking for a gift idea relating to Ballycotton and think a cookbook could be a good way to go, but just want to check before I purchase.

I wouldn't be giving any money to that lot.

Not exactly but it’s close by.

I like Ballymaloe. For another idea, Simone Walsh is a famous contemporary Irish artist and does an ‘East Cork’ print which features Ballycotton.

Ballycotton has a beautiful lighthouse - perhaps a print of it might be a good gift?

Stephen Pearce pottery is in that general area too, though not particularly associated with Ballycotton I don't think.

I used to live near and when the story came out I stopped buying the relish - but it was sooooo delicious!

I know @mumofEandE I loved the cucumber one but I couldn't buy it after that I tried one from Tesco but it was nowhere near as nice.

Roger O'Reilly does a really lovely book of all the lighthouses in Ireland pretty sure Ballycotton is in there. That's only the tip of the law breaking by that family.

I know that the chosen business of one of the younger members of that entrepreneurial family was drug dealing and he got banged up for it, but was there other stuff as well?

My mum used to get the Ballymaloe ice cream till my sister started calling it Paedo Ice Cream, then we swapped to Mackie's.

Never buy anything they make. I cannot believe they've managed to continue their business.
