The brilliant journalist Justine Mc Carthy wrote a piece on the investigation of abuse suffered by a very vulnerable Grace and the failure of the South Easter Health Board to keep her safe.
She was left in a foster home to be abused despite concerns having been raised.
Unbelievable decisions were made.
Grace was let down so badly and suffered enormously.
Did anyone else read Justine's article ?
