1st Year Dublin 2022

Hi, I’m in process of trying to find a place for my son at a Dublin Secondary school (1st year intake) and I’m just applying across as many schools as I can for September 2022. I have no indication really as to how the new application rules are going to pan out. I’ve been told one of my choice St Conleths is already full. Anybody going through the same thing? We’re still based in London so this might be all pie in the sky anyway but it would be the first step in a hoped for ‘return home’….

Hi there , I was just wondering how you were getting on with your secondary school search? We are in the process of looking to move back to Dublin with our eldest due to go to secondary school here but I think due to being an August born will have an extra primary school year. But looking at secondary too and trying to figure out the new system! I hope it’s going better for you
