I’ve got my case management hearing scheduled for mid December, given my ex has yet to agree to any date for settlement talks it’s unlikely that we will be going to court on that date with any kind of settlement agreement. My ex has stalled at every turn, he categorically doesn’t want to be married to me, but is loath to loose both face and half his pension! Has anyone been in this situation and can tell me what to expect, my solicitor has told me the purpose of it but I’m looking for personal experiences, any of my friends that have separated or divorced it has been a much more ‘civilised’ process where both parties have actively engaged.
