NI flying from Dublin - anyone know?

Looking to go on holiday (don't judge me)! Flying from Dublin to Fuerteventura as no flights from Belfast. It seem that since double jabbed I can enter Spain no problem, with U.K. / NI cert, or with an EU covid passport. However, to return to Ireland, can I use my NI cert or would that mean test before departure & day 2? As far as Spain are concerned I'm returning to Ireland which indicates not needed, but as I live in NI I can't get the EU cert.... iykwim!! So, can I use my NI cert as proof of vaccine while adhering to ROI entry rules (no tests)?

Just FYI, We'd given up all hope but a friend returned today from Italy, flew into Dublin with Ryanair then drove north to her home in NI. no issue, no testing! So.... we're going to Lanzarote on Saturday!!

What did they put on passenger locator form? Did they just show their NI vaccine pass? If this is all true I’m booking tenerife next week 😂 thanks so much for the reply!
