My Daughter is 18 in April. She is still in school though and I did provide evidence of that fairly recently I think, although actually it was pre-covid as I was in the school to get the letter stamped and then I sent it back to them. Will I get Children's allowance for her until the end of the school year?

Mine stopped when my kids turned 18, this was brought in with the emergency budget in 2008.

Children's Allowance stops once they turn 18. If you are getting a social welfare payment and getting an additional payment for a dependent child, that can be extended to age 22 in the case the child is in full-time education, which is possibly what you are thinking of

Your last one is in April. My dd birthday this week. I got my finishing up letter the beginning of the month. It makes no difference if they are still in school.

Ah, thank you all. 💐

As said you'll get the last payment in April.
Is rollercoaster still going, I thought it died a final death a couple of years ago.
You shouldn't be afraid to ask any question about child benefit unless it's about bank holiday mondays:)

Ah, bank Holiday Mondays and child benefit payments. Roller-coaster memories.

Happy memories! {Pushes valium out of its tray} 😂
