Hamper for dh?

Dh is from Belfast, moved to England as a teen and has lived here ever since. As he gets older he misses Ireland more, his dad is still in Belfast but due to covid hasn't been able to see him in his care home.

I want to organise a hamper for dh that will remind him of all the things he loves but being English sorry I'm wondering where to start.

He loves wheaten that's as far as I've got! Any suggestions would be great.

I was born in Belfast and my favourite foods from NI are Snowballs, (a cake covered with coconut,) Paris buns, (Also a cake) and an Ulster fry, Which included, steak sausages, bacon, eggs, soda bread, Potato cakes, Black and white pudding.
These are all perisahble food items so I'm not sure how much use these suggestions will be.

Definitely weaten bread, tayto crisps, potatoe bread and soda bread. My favourite is Veda which I could not get anywhere in England

I used to work at Selfridges and their food hall had a load of Irish foods. Recommend McCambridges bread, along with the Ulster fry mentioned above, if you can get it.
