Has anyone on here, living in Ireland, ordered anything from Amazon and had it delivered since Brexit ?
Were there extra charges ?
If so, how much ?
I read that Amazon are building a warehouse in North Dublin.
I'm not a big Amazon user.
I buy the odd thing and mostly try to support Irish businesses.

I ordered a book from Amazon on the 5th of January and it arrived nine days later. No extra charges. I don't normally buy books on Amazon, by the way, but it's a dual language book (French text/English translation) so not easy to get anywhere else.

Yes - I bought a set of headphones for DS. They cost £20.00 and import fees added at checkout were an additional £4.50. I didn’t realise until after I placed the order so look carefully before you buy!

I did also buy a bra (not something I’d usually do but I was looking for a specific brand) which had no import fees, although it hasn’t arrived yet so possibly they are yet to be charged.

Yes Amazon add an additional charge at the checkout point called an Import Fees Deposit which they estimate on your behalf.

They are supposed to setting up a distribution hub over here. Not sure when.

I'm using Amazon.de now. No issues

I have ordered as normal, no fees.

Amazon proper is no fees or charges. They are reg for Irish vat. If you order from marketplace you will get fees and charges.
