Yeah, I like it.

Happierwithouthim · 21/01/2021 08:04

My 10 year old loves it, finding it hard to understand why Eileen isn't it the show!

Woodlandbelle · 21/01/2021 08:09

Eileen must be classed as vulnerable maybe due to her age. They couldn't have both of them in the car etc. Maybe with crew the numbers in the house is too high?

LadyEloise · 21/01/2021 09:11

Yes Eileen would be "vulnerable" to Covid19 and so wouldn't be able to travel as Suzanne is able to.

Isn't Suzanne so glamorous. She wore a black outfit on the show the other day and it was just amazing on her.

I'd love to be "transformed" ( they'd have their work cut out Smile) but wouldn't do it on tv for a million pounds euro.

A few of the outfits chosen can be questionable and imho do nothing for the person but hey ho, people's taste differ and it's easy watching during these tough times.

I agree- it's a lovely soft programme.
I thought I wouldn't like it, but I end up putting it on and watching it to the end.

It's more gentle than Trinny and Susannah (and I could never stick Gok Wan).

Eileen is lovely, and clearly knows her stuff. I love that they've kept her as part of the programme in spite of distancing.
And, I wanted to not like the gorgeous, hard-working, talented Suzanne, but damn her, she's lovely.

@FionaMcCool Grin
Her fake tan mousse, Dripping Gold is the best I've used.
Beats StTropez, Fake Bake, Cocoa Brown etc hands down.

Oh? good to know.

I am a self-styled "fake tan expert"... on my shelf currently rest: Clarins tanning drops, Penney's StMoritz, St Tropez mousse and in-shower, Cocoa Brown, Bondi Sands, Dove (probably a few more but I cant be bothered to haul my Covid Stone upstairs to look Blush).

Based entirely on your recommendation, I shall invest and investigate. Cos, you'd be sunburnt yourself with the glare of the sun bouncing off my luminously white skin.
To mangle a quote from Charlie, I would do the State some service by applying fake tan instead. Grin

Suzanne is just perfection. I don't know how she looks so perfect. I agree some outfits are a bit out there but the christening outfit really suited the mum on the lady episode. Eileen's home is fab isn't it.

Yes once I explained that to dd she understood but found it weird initially

@FionaMcCool
Let me know how you get on with the fake tan. I'm completely cack handed when it comes to putting fake tan tan on but find Dripping Gold is foolproof.

FionaMacCool · 24/01/2021 20:55

I will Lady - not that I have any occasion to put on mascara let alone a bit of fake tan.
Today, I walked the dog.
The End.
