Irish food for Christmas

Starting this for ideas..... with a bias towards home delivery as I won't be out much.

I usually place a cheese order with Sheridans though this year may try Mikes Fancy Cheese.

Jacks Fudge looks good - has anyone tried it?

Would love to find a local supplier of proper free range turkey and avoid the Tesco/Sainsbury prepack - seems to be an easy thing to find in England but not here?
