Farewell Easons

Easons have announced that they won’t be reopening any N.Irish stores. I am gutted. I will admit that the one in my town wasn’t as good as it used to be (only one floor now instead of two) but I loved Easons and my DDs have been eagerly awaiting its reopening to purchase their school stationery.

I’m still mourning the loss of NPO, now Easons too - it’s too much.

Yes it’s a pity to see it go.

Very sad. I had a summer job there when I was 16 (I was shite at it).

End of an era for sure

The Newry one was closed a while back, I was gutted. Always visited when I was home, Waterstones just isn't the same.
