I'm just reading the coverage of Boris's announcement yesterday, and it struck me that even though we've had our fair share of screw ups (care homes, Leaving cert), at least our exit plan seems infinitley more clear & understandable than what they're getting accross the pond ?

I agree with you. I think the leaving cert is something that they won't be able to get right no matter what they do and you will never please everyone

Unfortunately Care Homes have been badly hit in most countries, it's not unique to Ireland
