Toothache! Will I find a dentist open ?

Hi! What is the story with dentists in Ireland during lockdown ? I have the most excruciating toothache . Got a filling just before lockdown and he hit the nerve and said it may have to come out if it begins to hurt . It's now hurting so much that solpadeine & nurofen even taking together aren't doing anything for the pain 😩 will there be a dentist open to take it out ?

There must be dentists open for emergencies. Ring around first thing, you don't want to be suffering over the bank holiday weekend. Hope you get it sorted Flowers

Thanks for replying @HorseOutside . I will ring around in the morning. I'd rather give birth again and that's saying something 🤣

Is the Dental hospital open ?

Sorry only replying now ! So I couldn't get an appointment but I did happen to have a previously booked doctors appointment that morning for something else ( I'm failing apart 😩🤣) . The antibiotics he gave me also work for dental infections he said ... and he was right ! Not a bother in my tooth now , it feels fine . I was genuinely in so much pain
