Avon - are they back in Ireland

I'm just wondering if Avon have returned to Ireland. They pulled out in 2013 during the recession.

Avon regards NI as part of the U.K. market (as they are quite entitled to).
The Republic of Ireland had an almighty recession from late 2008 and Avon pulled out.

Almost a year later and I'm wondering have they come back to the Irish market ?
