Any suggestions for where we could go for a few days around New Year travelling Belfast?

Have already been to:
Shelbourne
Merrion
Powerscourt
Carton House
The Heritage
Lough Eske

Needs to have a swimming pool!

Hilton too close to home and no pool.
Galgorm also a bit close to home.

Of the ones you mentioned in your first post, which was the nicest ?
Would you fly to Kerry airport and hire a car and stay in the Sheen Falls hotel?
It's lovely and has a pool.

Johnstown Estate in Meath? I've never been but I've heard it's nice.

Carton House in Kildare ?

We been to Carton House. It's lovely. I loved the Merrion - no kids with us that time though!

Think Sheen would be too far.

Perhaps at Twixmas it is too far with weather being a bit dicey but keep it in mind for warmer weather.
I preferred it to the Park Kenmare.
Sorry Mr Brennan.
