Outside of dublin.
Dh and I bought a home to let and not know should we sell it or keep it for another few years ? Is the bubble about to burst again here? Any insights/ opinions or crystal ball readers out there

Good for you, most people can't afford 1 (including me 😂). I work from both Ireland and the UK and my DH is in property development. The UK is definitely going into recession but we think that Ireland will boom as it's the only other English speaking country in Europe and America's first point to Europe. If it's just outside of Dublin then urban sprawl it should definitely go up. Good luck
