I want to share this utterly devastating video by an old colleague of mine who is at breaking point in trying to care for her severely autistic son. The HSE aren't helping her to get him into the residential care he needs. It's heartbreaking to see her like this.

Please share to keep the pressure on government and the HSE to sort it out.

I saw this on FB the other day. What an absolute hell for her to be living in.

She's a really gorgeous person. Such a free spirit and full of passion for the world. I remember her taking him backpacking in Central America when he was a baby. I thought she was mad! I'd have been terrified.

That video is heartbreaking - the mother is clearly at breaking point. Makes me really appreciate what I have in life. Being so reliant on the State's services must be horribly frustrating. What an awful life for her son and for their family.
