Yay Ed Sheeran tickets!

My daughters LOVE Ed Sheeran (not so keen myself TBH). Tried to get tickets last week & failed...got some for Phoenix Park last night!! That's Christmas sorted...
Going to book a hotel now & we'll stay down -DH & DS too hopefully. DS will. E 4, so he & DH will wait at hotel for us. Where should we stay? What's within walking distance? Are there usually buses put in for events like this? Last time I went to a concert in Phoenix Park I was 18 & can't remember much.....

Usually loads of extra busses and luas trams on concert nights. Castleknock hotel is very family friendly and has a pool. Otherwise do you want to stay city centre or a bit out?

Thx Kanye..City Centre world he better I think. The Ashling might work-means getting the Luas back with a 6yo 10yo & 12yo, but think it should be ok.

The Ashling is a great location. If you mean getting the luas after the concert, you wouldn't - it's right beside heuston station where the luas stop is and only a couple of minutes' walk from the gates of the Phoenix park.
